First Path: High Value
Our First Path delivers the greatest value. You understand the vision for your new space. With completed construction documents, there is no need to take measurements or provide sketches. We can move right to design selections.
In conjunction with our Partners, we have defined and isolated their capabilities. In Path One, this streamlined process assures greatest efficiency, focusing on what MOLTO and our Partners do best.
Second Path: Hybrid Model
You have an idea of the vision you have for your home. We are there to help you make your dream a reality. We visit the job site, or the dream-space. We take measurements and develop sketches. These sketches are converted to schematic design.
Third Path: Custom Kitchen
We help you make your dream come true with full collaboration. Path Three goes beyond consultation. We involve one of our MOLTO Designers. We collaborate to understand and define the inspiration and/or vision for YOUR space. We sit down with you to really understand and capture your dream before we proceed to measurements and sketches.
